Kyle Roth, FNP-BC, APRN, MSN, MHA, is the founder of Roth Family Medicine & Mental Health in Pocatello, Idaho, an integrative practice that treats primary care and mental health as one continuous picture rather than two separate appointments.

His clinical focus is treatment-resistant depression: the patients who have already tried two, three, or four antidepressants and been told there is nothing left. For them, Kyle offers Spravato (esketamine), transcranial magnetic stimulation, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, delivering the screening, the medication management, and the therapy himself so that preparation, dosing, and integration stay with one provider who knows the whole history.

That approach grew out of a broad clinical background.
