Jamie is the first person I’ve talked to about my trauma issue and didn’t make me feel dismissed. He listens carefully and asks the pertinent questions. He provides some suggestions of other therapies I could try on my own or with a clinic in addition to trying a new medication. He made me feel at ease during what otherwise is a traumatic thing for me to talk about. Highly recommend him. Thank you Jamie!

About Jamie
Hi, I’m Christopher “Jamie” Spitale, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing virtual mental health care in Texas and Colorado for patients ages 13–75. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe you should feel heard, understood, and never rushed during appointments. I work closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that fit their goals and lifestyle.
With more than 23 years of experience as a registered nurse and experience as a PMHNP, I bring both clinical knowledge and compassion to the care I provide. I’m especially passionate about helping patients with ADHD because I personally understand the challenges it can bring and the importance of feeling supported without judgment.
