I'm Isaiah Cruz, DNP, dual board-certified psychiatric + family NP. No rushed 15-minute med checks — I listen first and build your plan with you. I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, OCD, bipolar disorder, and substance use.

ADHD CARE PATHWAY: Visit 1 is an evaluation (a urine drug screen + ADHD screening tool may be sent home with you). At next week's follow-up we review results and, if a stimulant is medically appropriate, prescribe then — 7-day scripts with weekly visits x4, then every other week x4, then monthly.
