I’m John Lopez, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and Co-Founder and Clinical Director of MindSolutions Psychiatry. I offer telehealth care in English and Spanish for adolescents and adults in Florida and New York.

My focus includes depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and reproductive and perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, fertility-related transitions, and loss. I hold Perinatal Mental Health Certification through Postpartum Support International. My hospital and consultation-liaison experience helps me consider physical health, medications, sleep, and emotional symptoms together.

We’ll discuss your history, concerns, and goals, then develop a plan together. Care may include medication management, brief supportive therapy, and coordination with your other clinicians. You’ll have space to ask questions and understand your options.
