Hello, my name is Christina Perez, and my passion has always been to help others improve their quality of life. After earning my undergraduate degree in Psychology, I chose to pursue my Master’s in Social Work to expand my ability to support individuals and families.
I have experience working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma, and I have provided individual, family, and group therapy across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. The therapeutic approaches I use—and strongly believe in—include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strength-Based Therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
As your therapist, my goal is to offer a safe and trusting environment where we can work together to manage challenges, build on strengths, and move toward meaningful change. I am committed to supporting you in achieving better outcomes—and ultimately, a better life.
