My treatment philosophy is rooted in compassion and respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe every patient deserves personalized care that blends time-tested methods with a warm, understanding approach. I focus on open dialogue, carefully listening to your needs and working together on practical solutions for mental and emotional well-being. Using evidence-based techniques and a friendly, accessible style, I aim to create a safe space where healing and growth are always possible. I pull from many different therapeutic modalities including: CBT, Solution Focused Brief, Mindfulness, DBT, Family Systems, Strengths Based, ACT and Trauma Focused to deliver an eclectic style of therapy that is trauma informed and tailored to fit the needs of my clients.
