Cristina A It is RARE to get proper care now days. Whether it's bed side manner, them being condescending or simply making it difficult for you to get your meds for absolutely no reason. Brad was not only the opposite of those things, but he also made it as easy as possible for me to complete and turn in the proper forms I needed for the appointment. He was flexible & understanding as to why these simple tasks were very challenging for me. He made me feel as if he was actually HELPING me to just simply get to my appointment - which he doesn't even need to do- but this just shows he cares about his clients. He listened and was very straight forward too, which helps someone like me to focus & give direct answers needed so he can give the care I came in for. I can get off topic and go down a rabbit hole & he seems to be very good at retaining the important info & bringing the focus back & I was able to start my medication DAY OF and scheduled the follow up in a decent window of time.
