My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and trauma-informed, drawing from attachment theory, psychodynamic work, and evidence-based practices. I help clients move beyond shame, people-pleasing, and overfunctioning by developing greater emotional awareness, healthier boundaries, and more authentic ways of relating to themselves and others. Whether addressing intimacy concerns, addictive behaviors, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, or major life transitions, therapy is collaborative and paced to support lasting growth rather than quick fixes.
