About Ari
Hi, I'm Ari. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware— some have done therapy before, others have read everything and still feel stuck in the same loops. Understanding yourself is real progress. My work focuses on what comes next: helping what you know become how you actually live.

I offer depth-oriented therapy for anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, identity shifts, and relationship patterns that keep repeating. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming— whether your ADHD or autism is diagnosed, suspected, or self-identified, we work with how your mind actually operates rather than against it. My approach is psychodynamic at its core, woven with somatic and parts-based work: slow enough to reach what's underneath, practical enough to matter in daily life.

Sessions are by telehealth across Florida, in English or Spanish. If you're not sure we're a fit, a free 15-minute consultation is the easiest way to find out.

Treatment philosophy & approaches
My foundation is psychodynamic: we work with the patterns underneath the symptoms. Around that core I integrate parts work (IFS-informed), attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, CBT tools where structure helps, and somatic methods— because lasting change registers in the body, not just in understanding. Everything is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and non-pathologizing: I treat symptoms as adaptations that once made sense, and we update what no longer serves you. Spiritual questions, existential transitions, and the integration of significant experiences are welcome in the room. The measure of our work isn't insight— it's whether your daily life actually begins to move.
