I contacted Amy for much needed weight loss. On the first visit, she spent ample time with her evaluation of my needs and explaining her plan. She and her team are very timely in responding to messages sent through the portal. After the first 11 days, I have lost 11 pounds, much better results than the “clinic” I went to several years ago. Her approach to weight loss is not a low, no carbs high protein diet, just a sensible plan that you can stick with, emphasis on increasing your protein intake. I highly recommend Amy for your medical needs, her approach is very common sense and reasonable.
