Klarity credentials you under your own NPI and Tax ID, manages your CAQH and payer applications, and follows up every week — so you build an insurance-ready practice you actually own. Then bill paid claims at a flat 3.9%. No setup fee, no monthly fee.

This is an overview of the insurance panels available in your states. You'll select your desired panels later in the workflow.
A real, insurance-ready practice you own — not access to someone else's contracts.
One team owns the process from first application to paid claims.
We recommend panels by your state and specialty demand, then file every application for you. New panels open every month.
We set up and maintain your CAQH profile so payers can validate you fast. Already have CAQH? It only speeds things up.
We call the payers and check every application weekly, and keep you updated — so you always know where things stand.
Everything is credentialed under your own NPI and Tax ID. The contracts carry your name and stay with you if you ever leave.
Once you are in-network, Klarity processes claims, works denials, posts payments, and gives you ERA reports in your portal.
Credentialing and billing are EHR-agnostic. Keep the tools and workflow you already use — nothing to migrate.
Most marketplaces get you fast access to insurance — until you leave. Klarity credentials you to keep.
You share your details once. We take it from there.
Send your license, NPI, CAQH, malpractice, and tax details. We recommend the panels available for your state and specialty.
A $50 per-panel deposit at the final step lets us start right away. During the promo, your first 3 deposits return as cashback.
We submit to payers and follow up weekly. Once approved — usually 2 to 3 months — you bill at 3.9% with denials and ERA handled.
Credentialing is free. Here is exactly how the deposit, cashback, and billing fee work.
Added with your card at the final documentation step so we can start credentialing right away. It is a deposit, not a setup fee.
During the launch promo (July 15–August 31, 2026), your first 3 panel deposits return as cashback after your first claim to Klarity. Essentially free.
Only on claims that pay. If a claim pays $100, Klarity keeps $3.90. No monthly subscription, independent of marketing and EHR.
Bill through Klarity for 24 months from your first claim. Leaving early is a flat $200 per credentialed panel. The deposit is separate.
Yes. You are credentialed under your own individual NPI and Tax ID, so the payer contracts belong to you, not Klarity. For group practices, we credential your providers under the group practice’s billing NPI.

During the launch promo (July 15–August 31, 2026), your first 3 panel deposits come back as cashback once your first insurance claim is submitted to Klarity, so your first 3 panels are essentially free. Usually 2 to 3 months after you submit all required documents. Most of that time is insurance approval, which varies by payer. Klarity calls the payers and checks your application weekly, and keeps you updated the whole way. We commit to status visibility, not a guaranteed approval date.
You pay 3.9% of paid claims, and only on claims that actually pay. If a claim pays $100, Klarity keeps $3.90. There is no monthly subscription, and the billing fee is independent of Klarity marketing and EHR.
You keep your credentials and contracts. When you decide to leave, we transfer all documentation and account logins to you. A 24-month billing commitment starts when your first claim is submitted to Klarity; leaving before then is a flat $200 per credentialed panel. The deposit and the early-exit fee are separate.
No. Credentialing and billing are EHR-agnostic, so you can keep your current EHR as long as your first claim is submitted through the approved billing workflow. The marketplace is optional too. That said, using Klarity telehealth or listing on the marketplace moves you up the credentialing queue.
You complete the medical coding and patient insurance details. Klarity then processes claims, works denials and delays, posts payments, and manages remits, with ERA remittance reports available in your portal once a claim is reimbursed. Prior authorization and copay collection are not part of this program yet.
You need a current, unrestricted, independent state license in your discipline, including MD/DO, NP, PA, and many behavioral health, allied health, dental, and vision providers. Associate or provisional licenses bill under a supervisor’s NPI instead. You can credential in multiple states if you are licensed and eligible; recommendations depend on state, specialty, payer footprint, and patient demand.
