I am both a clinical and depth psychologist; therefore, I know the value of empirically validated interventions, as well as the importance of accessing one's unconscious in psychotherapy is imperative to healing one’s psyche. To be honest, I know I’m one in a trillion, so judge if you must, but I am the shit. I got you.

Treatment philosophy & approaches
Psychology is my vocation because when my call came, just like all the greats, I ignored it for years and propelled myself into everything else. Once I had enough running and denying myself peace, love, grace (the good stuff) I surrendered. My values remain the same, if you don’t love yourself more than you both fear and hate yourself how can you ever expect anything to work out? If your therapist is not addressing underlying issues then you’ll be in therapy forever. Great for the therapist; bad for you. Why? Because they are doing nothing to address repressed material, the actual source of your distress which has surfaced as addiction, depression, codependence, anxiety, low self-esteem, narcissism, relationship issues, etc.
Treats with the following approaches
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and Psychodynamic
Everything starts with how we think, the language we use, and what we believe about ourselves. There's a simple equation to help understand CBT - Thoughts + Emotions = Behaviors. See, simple! Think negative, feel negative, and behave negative; visa versa with positive. But what gets lost is the need to understand where, when and why we learned to believe our negative thoughts. Using a psychodynamic approach will assist with getting to the root of your personal beliefs and then make lasting positive changes in your life.
