I am Licensed Professional Counselor, offering in person and virtual psychotherapy. I earned a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
Therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and met at your own pace. My role is to offer a space where difficult conversations can happen, where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and start moving in a direction that feels right for you. I approach every client with curiosity and respect, recognizing your unique journey.
You can come to me carrying a wide range of concerns, such as tension in relationships, anxiety that won't quiet down, emotional disconnection, communication breakdowns, low self-worth, or the weight of a life transition. Whatever brought you here, we will figure out together what needs attention and how to meet your goals.
