I always practice with respect for how intimidating the process of seeking mental health care can be and strive to empower individuals in any way possible. I am constantly providing education to help develop an understanding of mental health conditions and to guide informed decision making with treatment options. I do believe the patient will always be the expert on what they are experiencing as barriers in their daily life, and it is simply my job to help them know what they can do about it.

I am extremely excited and hopeful about the recent advances the in the understanding of ADHD and the Autism Spectrum. I feel extremely honored and passionate about being able to be a part of helping individuals access care and experience the transformation these advances provide to get on the path from surviving to thriving!
