Alyson is a dual board-certified family practice and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and is a graduate of Arizona State University. She specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, insomnia, bipolar spectrum, and co-occurring medical conditions. In addition to having inpatient medical training, she has past experience working in pain management and primary care. While working at a chiropractic clinic, Alyson was introduced to non-conventional approaches to alleviating stress and pain. She also holds an advanced bio-identical therapy certification and has experience with hormone optimization.

In her free time, Alyson enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
