As a mentor to new counselors and a participant in clinical software testing, I've demonstrated a passion for both teaching and innovation in therapeutic practices.

My time with Harris County CSCD reinforced my expertise in substance abuse counseling within the STAR Drug Court program, where collaboration with legal professionals was key to facilitating client progress. This unique experience has honed my skills in creating treatment recommendations that resonate with multidisciplinary teams.

Before my current roles, I led psychiatric ICU case management at InnerWisdom, Inc., providing critical support for patients' psychiatric, medical, and emotional needs.
